I happened to meet Hao Wei on the bus heading home. At that time I just started investing in stock market and got curious when I saw him looking at live stock chart. So I approached him asking for stock investment information. Then he introduced himself as a Financial Advisor and offered to meet up to discuss how I can go about doing my own financial planning. I am impressed with his professionalism, dedication and knowledgeable skills. He is also sincere, approachable and willing to share and help. He takes time to see through my financial report and he never fails to explain the details to me. Furthermore, he does not hesitate to clear any doubts and ensure that all issues are clarified. Hao Wei and I first met around 2021 as he was my replacement agent. My number 1 fear with agents is they might be pushy. Hao Wei feels different and is more like a friend who is there to hear you out instead. He is a good bouncing board especially if you are serious about pursuing your goals in life. When I was hospitalized, Hao Wei did a good job following me through the process. Throughout, he was always on the ball in answering any queries and clarifying any doubts. As an agent, he was there through my life transitions like becoming a PR, becoming a freelancer, and finally becoming a Financial Adviser myself. I have full confidence that he is a sincere agent who will see you through any rough circumstances and celebrate with you through small and big wins in life. I believe Hao Wei will make it far in the industry because he has his heart on the right things. We met Hao Wei are coming across a Facebook link and thereafter met at our residence several times to discuss our needs. He explained everything he have to, and he never ask us to close a policy for even at the end of the session. Perhaps he felt or understood that we needed more time to think. That is the trust and patience we needed. Hao Wei also helped us to consolidate our whole family policies into one sheet to have a clearer picture of our protection and budget to increase protection or investments. Not only that, he also frequently let us know of free services provided by his organization and AIA, such as will writing, health screening, vouchers giveaway and even movies premiere which doesn't add up to his sales target in return for his time.
